Printing and copying

Copying

Two black-and-white photocopiers are available in the library for copying documents. The operation of the photocopiers, which also serve as printers, is provided by the Impromat Company. The charge for the service is paid by credit deduction from the account on the print server; money can be deposited to the account via the Company’s charging automat next to the entrance to the Faculty; at the photocopier, users should identify themselves by their study cards.

Printing from computers

You can print from all computers in the library intended for individual work; it means that you can send your document for printing to the print server, and then you can request the printing using any photocopier at the Faculty; the charging system is identical to the charging system for copying. Printing of coloured documents is also supported; in this case you should select a printer marked as ‘colour’ and pick up your document on the photocopier on the fifth above-ground floor of the building.

To send a task to the print server you should be logged in under your Faculty user account (with the Faculty password); anybody who currently studies at least one subject at the Faculty of Economics and Administration is entitled to such an account. It is impossible for external readers to print from a general library account.

Each user may then follow his/her requirements for printing on the print server yCollege (here UČO – personal university number – and the secondary password to IS MU are required as the login information, which is the same as for Aleph); the requirements sent which have not been printed yet can be cancelled on this server.
