The Department of Public Economics FEA MU invites you to the XVII International Conference in Šlapanice u Brna:
CURRENT TRENDS IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR RESEARCH
The keynote speaker is Prof. Dr. Helmut K. Anheier
Professor of Sociology and Dean at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin and Professor of Sociology at Heidelberg University, where he is also Academic Director of the Centre for Social Investment.
Conference will be held on 17. and 18. January 2013 in
Univerzitním centru Šlapanice, Nádražní 58, 664 51 Šlapanice
The main topic areas include:
- research into the nonprofit sector
- research methodology and theoretical research into the public sector and public finance
- analytical and comparative research into public administration
- analytical and comparative research into the management of public services.
Authors, whose contributions are not directly discussed under the above topic areas, can make poster presentations during the conference.
The meeting of the Association of Public Economics will take place during the conference.

Abstracts
- All abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN number (available at the conference)

- All papers are subject to a double-blind peer review process
- Papers will be published in the conference proceedings subject to a successful review
- Conference proceedings will be sent to Thomson Reuters to be included in the Web of Science database
- Presenters are invited to submit extended versions of papers to the Review of Economic Perspectives (a peer-reviewed scientific journal indexed in EconLit and ECONIS electronic databases)
